Nose

The nose is used to warm and humidify inhaled air and the nose is also the seat of the sense of smell.

If the nose is not functioning optimally, it can cause discomfort so that you cannot breathe properly through the nose, sleep worse and may lose your sense of smell. If the discomfort continues for more than 2–3 weeks, it should be examined more closely. 

The nose is examined using an endoscopic examination.
