The prices are valid from 1 January 2018.
On 1 September 2013, new legislation on patient insurance came into force. All examinations and treatments are therefore subject to a 6% fee to cover the statutory patient insurance.

Payment
In connection with booking an operation, the operation must be paid for 14 days before the planned operation date. Payment can be made in cash (however, max. 20,000 kr. in accordance with the Money Laundering Act) or by bank transfer and must reach us in time.

The payment date is stated on the invoice. The receipt for payment must be brought with you. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the planned operation or non-attendance, you will be charged a fee of 5,000 kr.

Non-attendance fee for consultation and examination
If you are unable to attend a consultation or examination, we ask you to contact us no later than 2 working days in advance so that we can offer the time to someone else. CPH Privathospital will charge a non-attendance fee of 400 kr. if you do not attend the agreed consultation or examination, or if you cancel less than 2 days before the planned attendance.

Free initial examination in the period 21 September – 31 October 2026: The offer is valid when the initial examination is both booked and completed by 31 October 2026 at the latest. Normal price 800 kr.

As a private patient, the initial examination price is deducted from the treatment price if you book varicose vein treatment within 6 weeks.		800,-
Treatment without thermal ablation (EVLA) — foam sclerotherapy and/or miniphlebectomy
Complete treatment in one session with foam sclerotherapy, miniphlebectomy (crochet hook technique) or a combination — for patients without insufficiency in the great saphenous veins.

Final price depends on extent. Follow-up cosmetic treatment is not included and is offered if needed.		8,000 – 10,000 kr.
Thermal ablation (EVLA) — full combination treatment
Thermal ablation (EVLA) of the diseased saphenous vein + miniphlebectomy and/or foam sclerotherapy as needed, all in the same session.

Final price depends on extent. Follow-up cosmetic treatment is not included and is offered if needed.		12,000 – 14,000 kr.
Follow-up cosmetic treatment if needed
Supplementary treatment can be offered after cosmetic treatment to achieve an optimal result. It is necessary in approximately 15–20% of treatments. The need must be assessed, and the treatment must be booked within 6 months of the first treatment.

Not included in the first treatment price.		4,000 kr.
