At CPH Privathospital we thrive on the good patient experience and it is always important to us that our customers feel heard and seen. We are always interested in receiving feedback about your treatment and stay, whether it is criticism or praise.
Praise naturally always makes us happy and proud, but criticism gives us an opportunity to improve. As a patient at CPH Privathospital you can always trust that your feedback is taken seriously.
Twice a year we conduct a patient satisfaction survey, which will be published on our website. See the hospital’s satisfaction measurement for August 2020 here
National survey of patient experience (LUP)
The Unit for User Surveys conducts a national survey of patient experiences at private and public hospitals every year. It covers all public patients including those who have come to a private hospital via the extended free hospital choice. The results from this will also be published on CPH Privathospital’s website.
In the LUP survey from 2018, CPH Privathospital achieves higher customer satisfaction on most parameters compared to both the national result and the average for private hospitals’ public patients.
Results from LUP
Every year a national survey of the patient experience in connection with visits to the country’s hospitals is conducted. The survey is prepared by the public health service.
The survey includes both patients at public hospitals and patients referred to private hospitals under the extended free hospital choice.
The survey in 2018 showed that CPH Privathospital generally is above the national average on the following themes:
- Waiting time
- Contact with staff
- Communication
- Information
- Involvement
- Patient-experienced errors
- Service
- Hygiene
- Continuity of care and overall satisfaction
At CPH Privathospital we are always interested in learning and with the LUP results in hand, focus is placed on which areas should be examined more closely. Very often it is not about a poor result, but rather a desire to make things even better and smoother for the benefit of our patients and their relatives.
